Meet The Team

Helen founded Presence+ in the summer of 2020, hoping to empower young Chinese female professionals and facilitate conversations across various industries. This year, she's serving as co-president of Presence+ along with Ruiya. Helen currently works at a technology startup accelerator, supporting and investing in early stage companies and diverse founders. Previously, she worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley M&A group. Outside of work, Helen enjoys hiking, golfing and reading. Helen received a bachelor degree from Columbia University, and she's from Zhejiang, China.

大家好，我是张雨奇(Helen)，2020年夏天创立Presence+，旨在帮助年轻中国职场女性成长，促进不同行业的交流。今年我和瑞雅一起领导这个组织。我现在的本职工作在一个创业公司孵化器，支持和投资科技行业的早期公司和多元化的创业者。在此之前，我在摩根斯坦利纽约投行办公室的并购组工作了近3年。业余时间，我喜欢爬山，打高尔夫和阅读。 我毕业于哥伦比亚大学，来自浙江中国。

Alice studied Math and Econ at Macalester College and now works as an analyst in economic consulting. She enjoys pilates, board games with friends, and replicating her family's dishes in her free time. She is a current member of the social media team and a former member of the programming team at Presence+.

May graduated from New York University Stern School of Business in 2021. After spending 1 year in Big 4, she joined a CPG startup in Long Beach, California. Outside of her work, she is also an aspiring life coach. In her own words, "I've always wanted to be part of a community where girls can learn from and help each other in their adventure. This bonding allows us to see a bigger world through each others' eyes and eventually become the light of each other".

大家好，我是May，来自苏州。2021年从纽约大学商学院毕业，在四大工作一年后，目前在洛杉矶一家消费品Startup工作。平时喜欢人文播客、舞蹈、摄影，也正在努力成为一名Life Coach（人生教练）。我一直以来都希望有一个社群可以让每个女孩都可以全然地做自己，并在成长的路上互相帮助、互相照亮，最终通过彼此看到一个更大的世界--Presence+ 就是一个这样的大家庭。

Cassie is founding her own investment immigration company. Before that, she was working at a big four as a consultant in New York. She has founded her own startup before in Shanghai and wants to continue doing that in the US. She is passionate about Asians relations and young professional women leadership.

Yolanda graduated from New York University in 2020, majoring in Mathematics and Economics. Currently, she is a trader at an investment bank. She joined Presence+ in 2021 and is now a part of the event programming board. She initially joined to broaden my network because with Covid at the most difficult time during that period, it was nearly impossible to do so offline. Now with all the precious benefits, she has gained, she hopes to provide more young Chinese professionals with the opportunities to exchange mutually and expand knowledge base.

大家好我是yolanda。我2020年从纽约大学毕业，主修数学和经济，毕业后在投行做交易员。2021年加入Presence+，现在是活动组的一员。最初加入Presence+是为了认识其它优秀的年轻中国女性，因为那时是新冠疫情就严重的时候，线下几乎没有机会。如今收获颇丰，希望能为更多年轻女性提供互相交流了解，提升行业知识的机会。

Kathleen graduated from UIUC in 2019 and currently works as an associate at GI Partners. Before that, she was an investment banking analyst at Citi for 2 years. Originally from Changzhou, China, she is currently the SF Chapter lead at Presence+. She is passionate about gender equality and wants to bring a strong impact on the community.

大家好，我是蔡梦渝 (Kathleen)，来自江苏常州。 我2019年从伊利诺伊州立大学香槟分校毕业，现在在GI Partners工作，之前在Citi做了两年投行。我目前是Presence+ 旧金山Chapter的组织者。我对女性平权很感兴趣，也希望可以为女性社群做一些贡献，如果有在旧金山的朋友可以互相认识下呀~

Yiling graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2019 (Go Irish!). After graduation, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Evercore in New York and returned back to Shanghai in 2020. She is currently an Investment Professional doing buyout private equity investment at PAG. She enjoys dancing ballet, photography, and kickboxing in her free time. Born and raised in Shanghai, She is now the Shanghai chapter lead at Presence. She looks forward to meeting like-minded female young professionals through Presence+!

大家好，我叫周懿灵，是今年Presence+ Shanghai Chapter的负责人。我在上海出生长大，2019年毕业于美国圣母大学。毕业之后，我在纽约Evercore从事投行工作，并于2020年回到上海。目前我在PAG从事私募股权投资。我的业余爱好包括芭蕾、摄影、拳击。我很期待通过Presence+认识更多职场年轻女性，和大家一同进步成长！

Eva graduated from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and now works at a USD PE fund. Joined Presence+ in 2022 and co-lead Beijing Chapter with Lexi. Love arts, ceramics, trekking, traveling, reading, and wine

我是Lynn，来自广东，是Presence+香港Chapter的负责人。本科就读于纽约大学，主修经济学。2021年毕业后在香港一家美资行从事私人银行工作。热爱当代艺术、摄影、打高尔夫。

Born and raised in the Greater Bay Area, Lynn leads the Hong Kong Chapter for Presence+. She graduated from New York University in 2021 with a B.A. in Economics. Upon graduation, Lynn moved to Hong Kong and started working in the private banking industry. She enjoys visiting museums/art galleries and playing golf during her free time.

Ruiya graduated from Brown in 2019 with a major in economics. After 3 years at Mckinsey, she is working at TikTok. She grew up in Hangzhou. Outside of work, you could find her hosting dinner parties and practicing pilates. She joined Presence+'s board in 2020 and is proud of helping come up with the name. This year, she is co-leading the organization with Helen.

Cecilia graduated from Ohio State University and now works as an industrial designer in NYC. She joined Presence+ in 2022.

Yue graduated from Columbia University. She has a background in tech but is also a literary soul. (She just finished her first book!) She joined Presence+ to connect young female professionals together through events. She believes that we learn the best from our peers. we go far when we go together

Grace graduated from NYU Stern in 2019 with a BS in Finance and Computing Data Science. She started her career in Investment Banking at Bank of America covering Global Healthcare. She recently relocated from NYC to Boston and embarked on her new career as an investment professional specializing in middle-market buy-out. In her free time, she enjoys badminton, rock-climbing, and catching the latest movies. She is currently the Boston Chapter Lead and she looks forward to embracing the city and fostering a local community for all young women professionals.

大家好，我是Grace，是今年Presence+ Boston Chapter的负责人。我来自上海，2019年从NYU Stern毕业后加入Bank of America从事投行工作。就在今年，我从生活了七年的纽约搬来了波士顿，也完成了自己职业上的转变。目前我在一所私募从事股权投资，工作之余我喜欢健身，电影，羽毛球。很高兴来到一个全新的城市，也很期待能通过Presence+的平台，认识更多来自不同背景的职场女性，并搭建一个能够互帮互助，共同成长的女性社区。

Huijie graduated from UCB with a master's in Financial Engineering, and now works at BNY Mellon as an associate Portfolio Manager. In her free time, she likes painting, dancing, skating, and traveling. She wants to bring women in tech, finance, and other fields all together to share their minds and help each other grow in their careers.

April graduated from Columbia University majored in operations research and now works as a strategy consultant. She is a programming team member at Presence+. She loves snowboarding, dancing, and traveling.

Jiawen graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science and now works as a software developer in the health tech field. She loves outdoor activities. In her free time, she likes hiking, playing tennis, kayaking, and skiing. She also enjoys exploring new foods, listening to music, and dancing. She looks forward to meeting and connecting with outstanding women from different industries and growing together！
